My Svetlana Valve ( Tube ) Mystery

Svetlana 6L6GC

I have come across a bit of a mystery regarding Svetlana valves ( tubes) and perhaps some readers could explain.
Svetlana valves are made in Russia and are good quality products. My understanding is that an American corporation owns the rights to the  Svetlana so the company JSC Svetlana lost the rights to use the Svetlana name. JSC Svetlana  made their  valves in St Petersburg in Russia and adopted the Winged C log with C being the Russian letter for S ( Svetlana?)
If you check out this site (UPDATE: now seemingly defunct), this site carries the winged C logo and says the valves are in production and gives the addresses of two USA distributors. This site notes that the tubes / valves that were originally Svetlana were switched to a totally different company who makes valves in Russia
However if you click here , this site which claims and probably is the website of JSC in St Petersburg states that this company ceased production in 2012. They were selling under the Winged C brand. It is 3 years ago since production halted so their stock has to be severy depleted if not already gone.
There seems to be a lot of politics going on regarding names and branding of tubes in the USA and Canada.
Given all of the above it is definitely not clear just what is /was being sold under the Winged C brand and Svetlana. There seems to have been a lot of switching around and differnt production systems, testing and even different mechanical designs of EL34’s , 5881/6L6’s  and KT88’s
Can anyone clarify just what is being sold in the UK and Europe today under the Winged C and Svetlana brands?
