JJ EL84 Quad Matched at real voltages found in amps
The JJ EL84 Quad is used in famous amps such as the Vox AC30. It was also used in many record players and radiograms in the 1950’s and 1960’s. In the USA the same valve is called the 6BQ5.
In this package you will receive 4 valves. We use our Supermatch process to hand match. Matching is done at the real voltages found in popular amps foe samples Vox Fender, Mesa Boogie etc. We use quality AVO testers
We test each valve /tube on our analogue aesters.Using our Supermatch process, the anode current and gain are matched and your kit comes with a test certificate showing the test conditions. . Testing is done at real conditions as found in your amp. We have the EL84′ matched at the factory and we further refine this matching during our hand testing
We also give a 180 day from receipt warranty on the product ( excludes user caused mechanical damage ) for peace of mind .
Note: Valves use high voltages and these voltages are dangerous. The amp can still retain these high voltages for some time even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting them , please seek the services of qualified personnel
