Tung Sol 6L6GC-STR Matched Quad
Our Tung Sol 6L6GC STR Matched Quad is a clone of the legendary Philips 6L6GC-STR. They deliver the ultimate in musical tone and smooth overdrive. The STR means “Special Tube Request” and are built to the specifications of those amp manufacturers which they requested in the 1960’s. This is the specification of valve that they wanted in their amps.
. They are matched at the factory in Russia and we have verified they are a good match using our test equipment which was made in the 1960’s . Each set will come with our test certificate in addition to the factory test results on the boxes. . These valves are also vibration tested at the factory.
