JJ 6SN7 Premium Tested

The JJ 6SN7 preamp valve is an octal base double triode. It is the forerunner of the 12AT7/ECC81 types. It is used in many jukeboxes and Hi-Fi systems.

Please make sure your amp's bias is set correctly. If not, you could hamper your tone and even limit the life of the output valves. Also note that valve amps can retain high voltages even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting your valves, please seek the services of qualified personnel.
