This kit is all-Russian with quality valves tested to the USA Dept. of Defense Standard Mil 133 Revision (the latest spec). The kit contains two Sovtek 12AX7WA valves and a Sovtek EL84. We fully test these valves in-house to ensure you receive the best possible quality.
The Sovtek 12AX7WA is a medium-gain valve boasting ultra-low microphonics. It imbues a rich tone great for rock with just the right amount of amp distortion. Many amp builders demand Russian valves for their superb reliability and sound.
We test your valves on AVO and custom-built testers at voltages seen in your amp.
