Our Industry Leading Warranty- 180 days
We test every vale tube which we sell. This ensures we weed out any weak or faulty items and we return these to the manufacturer for failure analysis.
You have a 180 day warranty from the date of receipt on all valves.
This is subject to the following conditions
- The valves are fitted by qualified personnel who will monitor and check that the valves are set /up and biased within the specification of the specific valve type.
- The amp is working within normal specification parameters
- The valves are operating within the maximum ratings as specified by the manufacturer
Be aware that some amp models, do deliberately run the valves beyond the maximum manufacturer’s specification and this does shorten the life of the valves/tubes
Please email us at info@valvetubeguitaramps.com and advise us of the fault. Please return the items to us and we will test and verify the unit is faulty. If the item is faulty then you will receive notification that we are sending a brand new item. If we find no fault we will return the items but charge carriage to return them.
In the case of matched pairs and quads, you will need to return the complete set to us as we will need to replace them with a complete new matched set of valves /tubes.
