Here is a summary of the Royal Mail UK shipping services.
UK Services :
Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 1/2 working days for 24 hours tracked 2./3 working days for 48 hours tracked. They do not guarantee an exact day. Sunday is not counted as a working day.
If you want guaranteed delivery, then choose Royal Mail ” Special Delivery” as this is guaranteed on a working day before 1pm.
Saturday Special delivery has an extra cost. No Sunday delivery. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm and needs to be signed for.
