UK Services :
Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 1/2 working days for 24 hours tracked 2./3 days for 48 hours tracked. They do not gurantee an exact day. Sunday is not counted as a working day.
If you want guaranteed delivery, then choose Royal Mail ” Special Delivery” as this is guranteed on a working day before 1pm.
In December, the mail system sees a huge increase in demand and so you cannot rely on 24 houes tracked or 48 hours tracked orders to arrive one and two days respectively. It is worth noting that the Royal Mail online tracking service is slow to update and it may appear we have not shipped the item.
