A tone-faithful replacement and upgrade for JCM2000 PCB boards
The ROS-2000 replacement PCB board preserves the legendary tone of your JCM2000 while adding several key enhancements. The result is a long-lasting, hard-rocking, tone-true solution for your JCM2000 amp with reduced noise and improved reliability. Using advanced electronics modeling unavailable at the time of the JCM2000’s original design, we have built this replacement board to eliminate issues faced today by ageing JCM2000 PCB boards.
The ROS-2000 is quieter, longer lasting, and more resilient, but still loaded with all the tone mojo you love about your JCM2000 amplifier.
A true UK product, the ROS-2000 was designed in the Robin Hood county of Nottingham, is manufactured near the site of the Battle of Hastings, and is supplied from Yorkshire near the picturesque coastal town of Robin Hood’s Bay, a former smuggler’s paradise in the 18th century.
Upgraded Features
- Optimized PCB Track Placement: Eliminates all paths shared by high-voltage and bias circuits to prevent interference, and uses heavy-duty tracking on the board
- PCB Slots: Added to prevent cross-conduction at the valve sockets.
- Upgraded DC Heater Diodes: Equipped with 3A rated diodes for enhanced durability
- Discrete Diodes: Replaces the monolithic bridge rectifier to improve airflow around components and enhance future serviceability
- Flyback Diodes: A modern failsafe that protects the output transformer when speakers aren’t attached
- Larger Heater Circuit Copper Areas: For improved heat dissipation resulting in better noise control and component life
- High-Quality FR4 Board: Ensures longevity and reliability

Please note :
- These boards should be installed by qualified experienced technicians only.
- There are high voltages in guitar amps and thse can remain even after switched off and dis-connected from the mains. If you are not experienced in working on high voltages, DO NOT attempt to do it yourself. Otherwise it might be the last thing you do !
- The board has documentation designed for amp tech level experienced folks to follow.
- You should fit a new set of EL34’s in your amp. Your existing set may be cooked due to under-biasing. We offer matched pairs and quads from EHX, JJ, and Tung Sol.
- Other components in your amp might have issues caused by the old board. Make sure the amp is investigated for other faults and remedies made, before installing the new board
- Make sure only fuses of the correct rating are fitted to the amp.
- We do reserve the right to make improvements to the board and so current production cosmetics may change. We will endeavour to keep the photos of the board up to date

There are three versions of the ROS-2000: DSL50, DSL100, and TSL100/122. The ROS-2000 version must match the JCM2000 amp model you’re installing it into.

We pay tariffs and customs clearance charges on behalf of US customers. This means no hassle with customs, no price tag surprises, and faster delivery. Our website shows the US price including US import fees.

I just build the new Mainboard in a DSL100!!!
No Problem to build it in just take care to get each wire and jumper the correct number!
It runs now for approximately 1 hour Bias on both Pairs 60-62mv and no drift!!!!
And the BIG difference to the Marshall board is 90% less hum…The Amp is now really quiet!Excellent.
So i can only highly recommend this Board to any JCM2000 lover.You get a new Amp.
Also for information taxes to import the board to France where exactly 60 euros!
So thanks guys to let the 2000 Series life again!
