The Russian NOS EL84 Matched pair has been in production since the 1960s under the original Russian designation 6P14P.
The Russian NOS EL84 was born as 6P14P in the Saratov plant and designed for use in military vehicles and equipment.
Today, this tube is better known as the Sovtek EL84 / 6BQ5 which is the identical, current-production version of this valve.
The original military 6P14P valve was made to the highest standards, with tight limits in quality spread.
Consequently, we provide you with this original mil. grade 6P14P only.
Please note that the marking on the original tube says 6P14P while the Sovtek version says “EL84 / 6BQ5”. It has all the same sound qualities as the Sovtek EL84.
