Warm, clean tone with creamy overdrive, introduced July 2024!

PREMIUM selected quality for the most demanding amp stages. This tube produces lovely warm clean tones and creamy overdrive. We recommend this valve  for the 1st gain stage and as input tube. It upgrades 12AX7A and ECC83 tubes and replaces E83CC tubes. Fender used the original RCA 7025 in their Silverface and Blackface amps. Now you have the perfect modern replacement !
The HIGHGRADE Selection is the tip-of-the-top quality at the lowest noise (microphony, hum, hiss) level. Typically, only  0,5-2% out of the whole production of this tube meet the REDBASE HIGHGRADE requirements.
TAD does extensive testing. We also do our own noise and microphonics testing to ensure you receive the best possible 7025 tube.
NOTE: due to he extremely demanding TAD-Selection criteria, the availability of this tube is limited.
The TAD 7025 REDBASE Highgrade can replace any ECC83, E83CC, ECC803S, 12AX7, 12AX7A, 12AX7M, 12AX7WA/WB/WC/LPS/EH, 5751, 7025, CV492 and CV4004 equivalent (same built) for MESA® SPAX7-A.
Includes a 180 day from receipt warranty (excluding user-caused mechanical damage) for peace of mind.

★ Safety

Please make sure your amp's bias is set correctly. If not, you could hamper your tone and even limit the life of the output valves. Also note that valve amps can retain high voltages even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting your valves, please seek the services of qualified personnel.
