A fully tested revalve kit for Cornford and Trace Elliot Helicat amps. Contains five ECC83 (12AX7) and four EL84 (6BQ5) valves. Output valves and phase splitter matched by hand here at VTGA.

Kit Includes

  • 4x EL84 output valves which have been factory matched and further refined for matching in-house at 400volts
  • 1x ECC83S matched and balanced for the phase splitter position
  • 4x ECC83S
  • Test certificates for the matched EL84s and balanced ECC83S

Nine valves total. We test each valve at real amp voltages on our suite of vintage, modern, and custom-built valve testers.  All valves are audio checked for noise, rattles and microphonics. Includes a test certificate showing the valve test results.

★ Safety

Please make sure your amp's bias is set correctly. If not, you could hamper your tone and even limit the life of the output valves. Also note that valve amps can retain high voltages even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting your valves, please seek the services of qualified personnel.
