Our JJ 1x ECC82 2x ECC83S 4x EL34 II Valve Kit is ideal for the Blackstar Series One 45, Sound City 50 PA, and Sound City Concord amps.

  • 1x ECC82 (12AU7) matched and balanced for the phase splitter position
  • 2x ECC83S (12AX7)
  • Test certificates for the matched EL34 IIs and balanced ECC82

Our JJ EL34 kits use the much improved JJ EL34 II. It has vastly richer mid tones than the cheaper JJ EL34. The standard JJ EL34 has a reputation for sounding thin, so JJ made the EL34 II to address this tone issue. Get the sound you deserve!

★ Safety

Please make sure your amp's bias is set correctly. If not, you could hamper your tone and even limit the life of the output valves. Also note that valve amps can retain high voltages even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting your valves, please seek the services of qualified personnel.
