But the Marconi-Osram Valve Company ceased production in the early 1980s, and the original NOS KT88 has become very expensive and hard to find. Supplies have dwindled almost to zero.
The Russian valve factory in Saratov has produced this superb performing KT88 under the Electro Harmonix brand. Now we have an in-production KT88 providing the sonic sweetness of the original.
We test and ensure quality matching on our testers in-house, and supply a certificate showing the test results. We use real voltages found in your amp.
