The Sovtek 6SN7GT valve is a brand new replacement for the 6SN7, a double triode valve introduced way back in 1939. The ECC82 and ECC83 superseded the 6SN7. Quality hi-fi systems and jukeboxes from the 1940s through to the early 1960s used 6SN7 valves, as do many new designs today. The Sovtek 6SN7GT is an excellent new replacement for this time-honored valve.

We are offering ones that were originally made in the 80’s or 90’s. These have been fully tested and they have been rebranded.

Please make sure your amp's bias is set correctly. If not, you could hamper your tone and even limit the life of the output valves. Also note that valve amps can retain high voltages even after being switched off. If you are not sure of fitting your valves, please seek the services of qualified personnel.
