After extensive research and engineering, the Russian valve factory in Saratov has faithfully reproduced the original. They recreated the valve down to the finest detail, with key features such as gold plated grid wires, carbonised screen grids, and a tri-alloy clad plate structure.

The JJ EF806S valve is a brand new replacement for the famous EF86 from the 1950s and ’60s. JJ Electronic designed the EF806S as a low noise, low microphonics version of the original EF86. The US number for the EF806S Audio Pentode is 6291.
