We carefully test all the 6L6GCs on our top-of-the-line Maxi Match valve testers and provide you with a certificate detailing the test conditions and results. All valves tested in-house at real amp voltages. Single valves come labelled with test results of anode current and Gm.
It’s recommended to swap out your output valves every 18 months to 2 years for optimal performance. If your amp has old 6L6GCs in it, upgrading to new ones can make a big difference in clarity and definition.
